I would check goolge.com/trends for this or you could try the google adwords keyword tool for research, too.

First things first, look at your content. You can't promote anything if you don't have the appropriate content...

Then it's doable by using the named tools... What does your content inspire you? What can it be related to.

Write that shit down and then upload a file to check, of with a php script... then you get the results for your idea and the ranking. Then choose with the suggested keywords. (Most tool can make you several propositions along yours...)

And there are, furthermore far to much niches to just name you some keyword for each...

I use uber suggest to get the long tail recommendation - which I use for figuring out the micro niches in porn.

Also I personally use Long tail pro for figuring out the niche keywords.
