What makes you think that particular script should be available for download and use somewhere?

It's most likely custom made.

The script you checked it's perfect for what you want.No script will be what you want unless you make it.So,you need some knowledge of html,css and at least the basics of php and you will be able to do it yourself.Or ask someone to do it for you but i don't think anyone will do it for free.
From what i understand,you need a template,not a script.Because both scripts do the same thing.List cams from xml.I don't see any noticeable extra functions compared to @adulttemp's FREE script.So start customizing
