index or non-index in the categories?

I have titles and descriptions in all categories of my porn site, focused on SEO, meta-descriptions of more than 300 words, with their images also optimized for SEO, (ALT, title, weight reduction). Recently I read that it is better not to index the categories to avoid duplicate content.

What do you think? Does this apply to porn?

Thanks: 321GFY

Most traffic of porn sites from search engines is for categories.

I saw it in a video about SEO of Udemy, it said that indexing the categories could generate duplicate content, but I guess this refers to sites that are not porn, I had always indexed them, but I had doubts and had to ask the experts in porn :P

why not do your own research? just check what's ranking. you will notice that currently Google prefers to rank category, tag or certain site pages instead of ranking the homepage.
