How people get their videos on xvideos front page? I saw videos with random titles like 324rfefe or videos with 3-4k views. There must be some kind of algo to rank videos. I made my own imacros and sent some likes but without success.

You can find some post about xvids ranking algos on another forum ( use google ).
Basic is that they ranks aged and long videos ( this was in the past, did not know about today ).
And you see on homepage videos with random names and with small amount of views because of your previous searches/viewed videos - they have some algo like youtube and shows ÿou suggestions.

Yeah make sure to clear your cookies before you check out the index page for clean results

Also I think the index page results depend on the GEO too.. to me it just looks all random.

I know that, i check xvideos in private mode. In normal mode there are suggested videos
