Ok so I am fairly new to the adult business, have never done any type of webmastering myself.

I dont really understand HTML myself, but am enrolled in courses starting in the fall.

In the mean time I'm hopefully going to get some help to at least get things up and running.

My flagship site is going to be:

PunkRockPrincess.com or PunkRockPrincesses.com

which one do you guys feel is better for the main name? (I own them both along with every other extension associated with those two .coms) so I'm covered either way.

My plans for the website:

Worse case scenario, I will be starting off doing an affiliate & building up a community (forums, blogs, personal pages etc). I would eventually spin off to shoot all of my own exclusive content. (I realize I'm looking at 50-100k in order to spin off)

SO unless I get an investor lined up right away, I'm going to do the affliate thing and then branch off and start filming on my own.

Either way I want all high quality video & pictures, items to sell etc etc.

Now for a few questions:

If I use that domain to do an affiliate account, can I still sign up my own contract girls & do photo & video shoots?

If so, how would I market my girls differently than the affiliates?

If you sign up for an affiliate it just means that you can promote them and use their promotion materials. It doesn't mean that you have to promote them. You will probably see that you will sign up to many programs and in the end only use those that work for your website.

I am not quite sure what you want to do with your own material. Do you want to make a separate paysite with your own stuff or do you want to sell it directly to other webmasters (see the buy and sell section of this forum)? I would personally not start with a paysite considering you're new. First do some research, start your own blog, tube site, tgp whatever and after you have acquired some knowledge about the business you can always start a paysite.

You think its too much? (We ARE in the porn industry so I figured just about anything goes - And it does kind of draw attention if you ask me... at least enough for people to inquire - which all in all seems to be good marketing.)

What I would do if I were you is start out as an affilaite. Learn some of the game and then move on to your own type of site.

As for the classes. Your wasting your money. you will learn much faster just getting a copy of dreamweaver and doing it. Also HTML for dummies will help.

Ehh I got student loans :D So it cant hurt... plus even though I may end up doing DW, I want to have at least the basics to HTML down.

I dont even know/understand how to put up a park page.

Dont bother with html classes. All the info you need is right in front of you. Since icq isn't an option for you toss me an e-mail (jason at ilsgcash dot com) and i'll be happy to help you figure out what you can do, and at least get you set up with something and on your way.
