Hi all,

I just wanna know,

what happens if webmaster having affiliation with some xxx site ,, spams people with xxx contents.
obviously xxx site bans him,

but is there anyone who have rights to steal xxx domain. ??

Can the registrar take away your domain? Yes, you may need to contact their legal department and fight to get it back.

Can your hosting shut you off? Yes, You will need bullet proof hosting or kiss the files good bye.

Can your sponsor keep your money? Yes, many sponsors have rules against using their name in spam.
