We had the pleasure of working on GayPornTube.com, a well-established adult platform known for its consistent content flow and loyal user base. The client approached us with the goal of migrating the site from Mechbunny tube script to KVS (Kernel Video Sharing). While Mechbunny had served the platform well, they were looking for a solution that aligned better with their long-term needs and technical roadmap.




Our role covered the full technical and visual transformation of the platform while keeping user familiarity and brand identity intact. Here's a closer look at what we delivered:


• KVS template created based on existing site markup
  The client was satisfied with their existing website design, so instead of starting from scratch, we created a KVS-compatible template using the current markup as a base. We made a few small changes to align with the client’s specific preferences while keeping the overall look and feel intact.
• Integration with KVS CMS
  We implemented the new design within the KVS environment and made sure everything—from the player and video grids to user interactions—functioned as intended. The goal was to make the transition feel seamless to both the client and end users.
• Full content and database migration
  We managed the complete migration of video content, user data, metadata, and SEO-relevant elements from the Mechbunny setup to KVS. Careful mapping was used to minimize data loss and avoid disruptions to user experience or rankings.
• Technical improvements focused on backend management
  We introduced admin-side enhancements such as better file management, clearer content limits, and adjusted controls that give the client more flexibility and ease when managing content behind the scenes.
• Ongoing support with a dedicated developer assigned to the project
  Our collaboration didn’t end with the relaunch. A dedicated developer continues to support the client with regular updates, feature enhancements, and any technical troubleshooting needed to ensure the site continues to evolve alongside user and business needs.
