There are may tube scripts and even more sites that use these both adult and mainstream that scan and leach videos from tube sites.
This is nothing new... To call someone out on it is like calling google for showing images and videos in it search.
Until there is a way to tell if a video is legal or not when scan/spidered and not send details in the form of a DCMA to someone more then willing to remove what you want *openly asking you for details* is just dumb.

This would be like someone bitching about me posting this video on gfy and saying gfy is not legal..



Yes its the same thing posted by a user or a script is doing an auto fetch/post to leach...

Many webmaster and companies use auto scripts to fill sites with content.
(adult and main stream)
Let alone letting people post embed etc. video and images on there site.

But then lame drama gets page views and makes you look cool...
About the only thing you did right was see that you should be going after the ones hosting the video. sending an email to Joel that will result in removing the video would also be a good first step.. but that would make sense and this is GFY.
