well thats a great excuse , has nothing to do with the fact they have nukes and inspectors have never inspected their facilities.
every country with nukes has allowed nuclear inspectors , every one , except israel.

and so that leaves israel as the only country who has never allowed nuclear inspectors. ( that was my original point )
