Were almost on the same page, I add a banana to my oatmeal too and my vits are a organic multi, propecia so I don't go totally bald, garlic if I don't have a date that night, saw palmetto, liver support pills (milk thistle and other stuff), coq10, organic flax, and wash it down with water or a diet coke if I crave caffeine.

I wish I could get steal cut down in Costa Rica, I have buy a big bag when I'm in the states. Best way to go.

It can go both ways, I'm life experience when I did not eat breakfast i had less energy and more weight. Now that I healthy breakfast light bfast my health is way up. I guess it depends on what you eat?

Today I switched it up and went with two eggs, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and a blueberry and banana smoothie. :thumbsup

Taco Bell big burrito that I saved from last nights order. I have to say it tastes much better straight from the drive thru window rather than reheated in the toaster oven.
