I don't understand how any Canadian who makes USD and could work mobile would be living in Canada in the first place? Makes no sense. Canadians have such an inferiority complex. Of course the US is not perfect, but even as a born white Canadian, I would admit that the US is a MUCH better place to live. Everything about it is better for the average person. Lower taxes, much better climates, way cheaper, hotter women, everything newer and better... Canada is the second choice for immigrants that can't get into the US for a reason. The bad part about being an American is you have to pay taxes no matter where you live.

if it is a stand alone building and he has no mortgage then no one can require you to get insurance. However if it is condo type building and he owns 1 unit, he will have to pay for insurance .
