honestly if they ask me to resubmit the docs again I'm done with them. If thier programmers can't get their shit together with somethign as simple as a flag for verified/not verified and managing some user uploaded images, then they probably shouldn't be working on a payment system like this.

Kondrad you have two accounts with us - your business account is in good standing as you've submitted ALL documents for it. You got an email in regards to your personal account that you have not uploaded any documents to. You opened the support ticket within your personal account that is not verified. You have not submitted any documents for that account.
