If you're buying with the intent to resell and they prove it, you could have a problem. If you're not doing very many, very often, you should still be fine. They do like to go after fools who are regularly selling firearms without an FFL.
It's one hell of a gray area and the A tee F doesn't fuck around. Sure, it isn't likely, but if you manage to get onto their radar one way or another they'll destroy your life before you can turn around and tell them "You have no idea on what you're talking about".
The government does what it wants when it wants, completely unchecked, here in the states. If they want to fuck around and notice you one day or another for some stupid ridiculous reason, get ready to try on your new orange clothing. People like you never understand this until the Judge is sentencing you after conviction.
