"Cell phone boosters" ... not sure what I made, but they cost me 5¢ and I sold them three for $10 + $5 S&H. S&H consisted of me telling someone to put them into an envelope and write an address on them. CCNOW took 10%

Quarter Pushers... those are fucking ridiculous
$1000 for a good one, they do $100-$1000 per week - 50% split with location owners = $50 - $500 / week on $1k investment

They can average $200/wk in 8 hour small town beer holes AFTER the split.

Even in the worst location possible that's still $2600/yr ($50x52)

250% fairly safe return like clockwork (And it's usually much, much higher. At a still conservative $200/wk it's $10k/yr or 1000%)

Plus you don't always have to pay a grand for one

What are h cards? I might be too tired and this could be a duh moment... lol

Also like what you said about the phone boosters... Where do you come up with ideas like that?

hmm
mid 20%-ish at a hedge fund my boyfriend worked at, even during the meltdown in 2008-2009

If we're talking affiliate marketing, I've had 300-400% ROIs

I think the best return was around 550 times initial domain investment within a month or two.

WWII Rifles have saved my ass more then a few times when reserves were vary low. I can spot a very valuable rifle just feet away. I'll hit all the local estate sales and phone in auctions. I've bought rifles for as low as $100 and sold them for a few thousand. Most people don't realize is a good condition part is worth a lot more then the whole rifle at times.

Don't talk too much about that
I don't think that it's, shall we say, "okay" to buy and sell firearms for profit without being an FFL holder (In the states anyway)

They were DirecTV access cards
At the time the newest card was the "football" card or H5 card or some shit and no one had cracked it.. so the older "H" card which could be programmed for wide open access was valuable.

It was funny because at the time the new systems were $99 so I would get the older complete systems with the H card for $20 or $30 and complete systems with the card would sell for $400+

I never even had to program a card for anyone. I sold them as "virgin" cards meaning they'd never been tampered with. So I was completely legal. There was that thing about newscorp owning the cards and them not being the equipment owners card to sell or some shit and I think ebay ended up making you sell a system with a card

People wanting to sell cards would just put the system on there and say shipping for card $5 shipping for whole system $200 :1orglaugh

They were fucking great though, test cards, - you could flip through PPV channels like they were basic cable, no entering codes or anything. Even wealthy people can't do that!

3800% in 72 hours.

I wrote an option on a 2nd TD (like a mortgage in California) at high discount (was in default) tied the deal up — had it pre-sold to an investor ( a lawyer) there was 70K of equity in the property as I remember (was 1984).

Didn't happen every day ...

I bought an aging Japanese sports car for $7,000. Spent about $17,000 over two years on it. Then sold it for $6,500.

I'm not very good at this, I think.

If you're buying with the intent to resell and they prove it, you could have a problem. If you're not doing very many, very often, you should still be fine. They do like to go after fools who are regularly selling firearms without an FFL.

It's one hell of a gray area and the A tee F doesn't fuck around. Sure, it isn't likely, but if you manage to get onto their radar one way or another they'll destroy your life before you can turn around and tell them "You have no idea on what you're talking about".

The government does what it wants when it wants, completely unchecked, here in the states. If they want to fuck around and notice you one day or another for some stupid ridiculous reason, get ready to try on your new orange clothing. People like you never understand this until the Judge is sentencing you after conviction.

Any way - sorry I tried to offer helpful advice
