Obviously you doing this to try to get the most exposure for the people who paid you to promote their sig, and you know that none of us really care...

I think the people who paid you for it are going to be unhappy and surprised when they see how many clicks and sales it generates for what they paid. It will get a few curiosity clicks the first couple days after that i bet you don't get more than 10 clicks day, with it only being that high due to the fact that you whore every thread.

Sigs aren't worth shit. They may have been back in the day, but they aren't worth a crap today. I guess a new person can always get suckered into trying them, thankfully it didn't cost me anything to find out how worthless they are.

they are, and you are right, i forgot to remove mine. Sigs are just as worthless as posting on this site. If you can't get a few clicks to your sig what is the point even posting here any more.

I see they were smart enough to give the link in your sig an id so they can track it, unlike some of the other idiots who don't track it so they have no idea how bad sig views really are on this site now.

How many people actually had someone buy their sig? 3 people? How many people use to have sigs that were paid for on this site a couple years ago, 20-30 or more??
Posters like sleazy and wiredguy trying to sell with no buyers. Buying sigs is totally worthless. I hope you got a several month deal locked up and its not month to month or I wouldn't be surprised to see them stop paying you soon.

The fact that the advertising pool has shrunk here drastically and that you see only a hand full of people buying sigs (what 3 people, you fatfoo and juicy?) Go check top banners and see how few they are now compared to 2-3 years ago. How often is this site getting skinned now. How much slower (less posts ) is there now vs 3-4 years ago.

Doesn't that tell you something??? I'd guess that 75% of the people advertising here do so for branding purposes only, not ROI. or they have prepaid for long lengths of time, got sweet deals etc. The other 25% either think they are making money because they are not tracking the traffic, or continue to do so because they don't want to look like they are struggling if they stopped.

Obviously you will disagree, because you count on the money from sig sales, but i think just about anyone with a brain can see this one pretty clear.

The entire business has evolved, not just this board, I mean if you think so little of it why keep posting ? I am here for business and business is GOOD.

I am not here for drama, I work at this and get paid for the sig, no big deal, its just part of what I do, but at the end of the day it all ads up ;)

You had mentioned a couple of others, who could not sell teir sig, well they have stopped posting on a frequent enough basis for their sig to be worth bothering with.

I had 4 major firms, aside from Critical.net contacting me about wanting it, that tells me something :winkwink:

If "evolved" means this place lost advertising value, sigs, banners , whatever, then I agree with you.

Maybe you should start a sig 4 sale brokering business and redirect those companies to the several people who would like to sell their sig but can't find a buyer/
