ummm..... its normal here in areas where people go out. But like u-bob said, they are exactly the same but without that weird door thing. An open one is just like a park bench or whatever, you dont think twice about it here.

why not, absolutely normal at open air parties in Czech republic

I prefer the canals in Amsterdam, great sound.
I even pissed in a beer glass when someone kept steeling my beers.

The openness of these design are pretty clever.

The fresh air aspect likely keeps them from stinking up too bad as well.

Not so great for girls though, obviously...
