Plus the site has had a 30% SE traffic drop just in the last month.
It's dying and he doesn't know WTF to do with it, so he is looking to unload it while he still can.

6K is probably about right. But an 'offer' from a GFYer is about as reliable as AlienQ as a web designer (or affiliate manager).
