As with every eating plan, it has to work for you and the way you are, eating fruit in the norning is something that works for me. When I wake up in the morning from the sunshine coming in, I roll out of bed and hit the ground running, always been like that.
I don't pay extra for it, the gym I go to, the owner, besides being hot, is a nutritionist and a personal trainer, it comes with the membership which I get a discount because we're a corporate account

Thanks, I'm doing alot better. I let it go too long before seeing a doc thinking I could kill it with OTC stuff and it moved into my lungs, turned into walking pneumonia. I'm almost done now though.
