i wonder which insulin he uses..there's a million of em, i would not be surprised if some of them smell. that would make it even tougher, imo.

I have psoriasis :Oh crap

Its really embarrassing because it spread to my finger nails and I have a few spots, but they are mostly controlled with Rx drugs.

Worst part is probably going to the beach as I had a pretty large area on my stomach and its just easier to keep my shirt on :(

Sorry to hear that, I get sick rarely and hope it stays that way. Hope you feel better soon

Thanks, I'm doing alot better. I let it go too long before seeing a doc thinking I could kill it with OTC stuff and it moved into my lungs, turned into walking pneumonia. I'm almost done now though.

It's gotten to the point where you can't even mention a drug by name. I have migraines (among other things) and occasionally I get aura migraines where I need to get a shot to make it stop. They can't give it to me in an epi-pen, it's a controlled substance and I can only get it by seeing a neurologist or going to the ER. Last time I needed it I asked for it by name which I guess is a huge red flag, it wound up taking me 8 hours to get what i needed and get out of there.

I used to have a morphine nasal inhaler for it back in the day. I can understand why they had go take that off the market, but for those who REALLY need it they never came out with an at home replacement.

Give nothingness a chance, Ms. Crash! Know any good meditation teachers in your area?

As with every eating plan, it has to work for you and the way you are, eating fruit in the norning is something that works for me. When I wake up in the morning from the sunshine coming in, I roll out of bed and hit the ground running, always been like that.
I don't pay extra for it, the gym I go to, the owner, besides being hot, is a nutritionist and a personal trainer, it comes with the membership which I get a discount because we're a corporate account

I don't think I have any that are embarrassing, but I have several issues with my health.

Degenerative Disk Disease
3 herniated disks in my lower back
Every nerve from top to bottom in my back is pinched
Mitral Valve Regurgitation
Diabetes Type 2 - this causes me to pee 500 times a damn day, that's the only thing embarrassing. lol

I only medicate the diabetes and that is just 500MG of metformin 3 times a day, I mostly control it with lifestyle and diet. But for the other things, no medication, and boy have they given me some whoppers over the years. lol
