I think you're confused about what hearsay is.

Hearsay is when I testify that I heard you sold somebody drugs. If you sell me the drugs, I can absolutely testify abiut that.

You can be indited and prosecuted on CI testimony. and that CI could be someone you sold drugs to over a period of time.

on a serious note, open up a legal dispensary in cali. no shit, every time i hit a dispensary there are several people purchasing ~$100 and others lined up behind them.

transactions per hour = ~30
open 12 hours = $36000/day.

why? there is a huge demand. Do you think liquor store owners are also lowest forms of life? What about tobacco shop owners? Please tell me the difference.
