Here's my Seasoning mix. It's fairly mild: --- Vjo's Famous Taco Seasoning 2 Tblsp chili powder 1 Tblsp onion powder 2 tsp each ground cumin, garlic powder, sugar 1 tsp salt (plus a little on the ground beef as you cook it) 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp powdered oregano Makes approx 4 TBLSP Use 2 TBLSP (or 1/2 mix) per 3 LBs Ground Beef for mild seas. --- (cause wms LOVE tacos :) I can cook ladies. Everything and anything from scratch :) Well maybe not a cake but main dishes. :) Of course being anon on the internet makes that about as relevant as .. :) I could talk to myself all night or talk to the wall all night and in the end be at the same place.
