I probably ran 3 miles that night behind a bar that was only about 50 feet long. Should the bartender at your local Olive Garden be walking out with that kind of money? Hell no. They really aren't doing shit. But high-volume bartenders and people who hand craft designer drinks (the ones that win awards and are more than just jack and coke or vodka and redbull) really earn the money they make. |
