I like Paul and I agree with a lot of things he writes and most other people on here are wannabe's who haven't achieved much and feel frustrated about that and therefor need someone weak to take out on preferably when he's not here to defend himself. The reason that most in here continue claiming that Paul is a trol is because they have no idea what he's talking about because they know nothing about content producing, old school porn distribution and business basics. This board would become a lot better if everybody who hasn't made at least a few tons in the porn biz so far would get expelled to a subforum for amateurs, and then in here we can continue discussions between the real professionals only. Or maybe set up different forums for affiliates and producers.

I'm not advertising my sites in here so the only sites you're aware of are those who were posted in here by others. Now here's the punchline, and the sad news for you; femanic.com and lezpoo.com both generate a few tons sales per year. PS... never been one to brag about income, even when i was pulling in 6 figures a month from adult. No point in it. Money comes and goes. Success comes and goes. If you make a lot of money with your "sites", good for you as long as its legal. Money is not success. Happiness in life is success. If you were truly happy, you would not care what anyone says. Is everything Paul says true, of course not. He often makes comments on other parts of his business he doesn't know much about. Now if Paul didn't have a successful past, it would end there. But Paul is a good content producer, with a HUGE client list including some of the most successful people in this industry. That cannot be disputed. And THAT pisses off the trolls! He's done very well for himself over dozens of decades now. He's a real name, he's someone in this game. Because he DOES actually know something about one aspect of this industry, (proven by his undisputed reasonable success) the fact that he expresses an opinion on other parts of this industry that arn't always spot on make him a target cause crackheads and trolls think if you're good in one area you have to be good in all areas, and if you error in comment about one area the trolls and crackheads think the rest of your work has to be wrong too.

then, because so many started doing it, it became the cool thing to do. Slam Paul=cool kid, everyone sides with you.

Honestly, Paul's a good guy, he has good content at great prices and he's good to work with. Would I ask Paul to take the CEO position of CCbill or AFF? No. But that doesn't mean Paul isn't intelligent or does bad work.

The areas of the industry that he doesn't understand he *really* doesn't understand. That isn't so bad in itself, it's that he presents his opinions as absolute fact. He does this even when arguing with say Shap about things Shap has been testing and refining for a decade. If he just posted an opinion nobody would really care. It's when he makes a claim, swears that he's right then reverts to his success as a producer to justify his ignorant stance on traffic or conversions or whatever.

Content production. It's a skill and one that if you're good can be very rewarding. Offline prices for content were awesome and if you did like I did "Cross the road to get to the other side." To sell your content in more markets doubly rewarding.

Old school porn distribution. The Internet is just a place to deliver porn, nothing more and nothing less. The same rules apply if it's on a tape or on a screen.

Business basics. Most here run one man bands from their living room. That's as far as their thinking goes. Nothing wrong with that, but it doesn't give the person a lot of "business basics".

Squealer is classic. His thread about coming here, meeting us, seeing us shoot, etc. Was a joke. He saw the staff we employed, saw the offices, saw the studio and assumed we were broke because we didn't have a big flash car or mansion. And we wold hand 1/3 of the studio over to shoot cheap sets for him. And most here believed him.

A man whose struggling, is kissing ass to get business. Hasn't got the expense of a studio, office and 8 staff.

A man whose doing well as lots of work to do, so he can maintain the turnover and isn't going to interrupt that by letting some cheap skate come in and take over 1/3 of his operation.
