I've been writing emails to John for about two weeks already. No reply, neither in icq, nor via email.

I've talked to about few more affiliates, it's about $10k Dungeonbank owes us in total. No payments have been made since November, 2011.

Well. These are tough times in the adult online business, it's obvious. But hey, I could at least understand why he's not paying and ignoring if there were no signups, no rebills, no updates on the sites and he had no money for shooting fresh updates (yes I know it happens).

But the sites are updated, the signups are coming sometimes and there are rebills. And more than that - the twitter gets constantly updated with info of how much weed he smoked today and how cool the party was.

John, are you serious?

Don't you understand that if you piss off your affiliates and make them really angry, they can spoil your online business? There's no need in bats or guns in your house. There are several LEGAL ways to do that, actually. Just a little wish is needed.

So the question is - what the heck is going on, John?

Please confirm you have decided to drop your affiliates, so we just be sure the game is over and there's no more Dungeonbank for affiliates.

If you keep silence - I will treat it as a positive answer on the question above.

Last time I logged into my doungeon bank acc was like 1 year ago and they changed their stats system completely, you could not find older sales that I made.. quite tricky..

Still I know I was owed around 100 bucks.. but i dont care at this point fighting so much for 100 bucks its useless, use that energy to build sites and make money.

No payment bump for me...........I will start sending emails also! ;-)

Just a data point. In the DungeonBank stats I had a small (accumulated minimum) payment due me for the period ending on 10/31/2011. Going through recent checks this morning I discover a DungeonCorp check for that amount dated 2/1/12 in an envelope with a 26-April-2012 postmark. Obviously I don't know yet whether the check will clear my bank but the long delay between writing and sending paints a picture of a guy slowly trying to catch up on his bills, so there's at least some hope.

it happened to me before with them, however i changed payment method to paypal and no payment there from db since sep/2011.

I will be glad to receive the payments if they somehow started to proceed. I have never had such delays in the payments from Dungeonbank before.

I even would not post here with those sentences if I had any answer from Ogre saying that "everything will be okay", but I can't understand ignoring all the business messages in all mailboxes and in the same time being online in social networks and making parties.

Half a year has passed. Everyone has its own portion of patience.

As I told everybody before we should find a good laywer, any laywer present????

i assume he is paying people in usa who can actually get to him physically and beat him up one way or another.

looking at his biz model long term... he is keeping the rebills since there aren't new signups, soon rebills will be gone and no one in their right mind would promote his sites so i guess he'll close the shop quite soon.

and guess it's a matter of time when some affiliate will pay someone on fiverr to do a massive xrumer blast on all dungeon bank sites so his last source of traffic will be gone too.

Has anyone had a reply from him yet about any plans of paying up, or tried to catch him on twitter? Or even tried contacting some of his recent models? The models may not care who gets paid as long as they do, but you never know... some models may think twice about visiting a "snuff party" in a creepy guy's basement who doesn't pay up and ignores his affiliates.

He really hasn't closed up and ran away... he is still there doing his thing in the social world, and he is still updating the sites. Perhaps if anyone knows any of his models they could get the message to him that way, or just tweet them even if you don't know them.
