It's all a bit confusing but these 2 are the only larger docs related to this case(other docs just 1-3 pages) and I didn't see anything else interesting or more names. Notice it lists also "Does 1-100" as defendants in addition to other names.

There's few other cases but Mallick is the defender on all those, like case BS134924 on same date as above.

looks like he is suing people who he claims violated the settlement agreement that was made with those two lawyers. guess not everyone is getting sued.

That's interesting. The people that chased him reached a settlement through Daniel Z., but part of that settlement stipulated that they could not make disparaging remarks about Mallick. Since sites are still up, Mallick believes they're in breach of their agreement.

Pretty sure only few % of people on that list actually have a website about malick. It would be even more interesting how he intends to prove each of those has something that tarnishes his reputation, unless the lawsuit itself is what he thinks :)

It's what you do in lawsuits. Throw a bunch of shit against the wall and hope something sticks. Lawyer's encourage it because they get paid to do it.

Whether the counter suit is with merit is TBD.

How I understand it is they're still trying to figure out who is behind some of the sites and hope to file an amendment to later name them.

My personal opinion is its all posturing so if this issue hinders him in the future he can point to this counter and try to explain it away.

That is what I would do if in the same boat.

Looks like he is counter suing everyone who dared fight for their money, not just russians. This really just looks like frivolous delaying tactics by some high priced L.A. lawyers.
