I remember my mom coming to school and *talking* to teachers & kids who I had problems with. She thought she was helping but she made it so much worse. When I found out she did that without telling me I wanted to fucking die. That was the worst thing to happen - parents interfering in my business

As a parent I'd be upset too.

The driver was at fault and should be reprimanded in some way. She has no right to verbally abuse any child no matter what he says.

It's good that you talk with the school and see what you can work out. You don't want to do it in front of the children but you do need to let your son know you have his back. After all, someone with more power/authority just let him have it for no good reason and he can't fight that on his own.

Where is it legal to punch someone in the nose for following you?

Just got back from a meeting at his school. I must say I am impressed with how they are handling things. the investigation is still going, and there are many different stories from everyone. The tape is being pulled and will tell all. until then the school is going to continue questioning everyone.

Nowhere that I know of. But if someone punches you in the nose for following you, recent events would lead one to believe that you can shoot them in the chest for it and blame it on a bag of skittles.

I'd shoot a person that was assaulting me. Is that so wrong?
