In our biz it is (near) impossible to garnish wages becasue we dont get a wage. Simple as that. Yes a judge could order payments IF i was making good money. But I am not so depositions are really of no concern.

Still it would cost LOTS more to get money from you as an adult wm and a sole prop.

IF you are a corp ALL I say does not apply to you. You are pretty much fucked. Congrats, corps arent always your friend. Yeah you dont lose money but the corp much more easily does. Exemptions do NOT apply to corps only to people.

There is no wages in this biz so EVEN if you are making say $3K/Mo they have a tough time getting your cash.

By the time they petition Nasty D (just an example) I am on to Nikki's prog :) And it is totally IMPOSSIBLE to petition a foreign country for wage garn.

So yeah, I am really surprised they sued me.

Know why? Cause I NEVER communicated with any of them EVER. CC company is pissed so they are paying to flush me out and see if I have $$$.

1) You borrowed money at an absurd interest rate, agreeing to pay it back.

2) You failed to pay it back... blaming everyone and everything but yourself.

3) You failed to take responsibility.

4) You failed to try to man up and work with them or otherwise agree to some sort of settlement.

5) Bank then files a lawsuit to get a judgement and because you're retarded and irresponsible, they were granted a default judgement against you, whereas all you had to do was type a response and file it with the clear to avoid that.

... an obvious and predictable end because you forced the situation and left them with no option.

6) You spend the rest of your miserable life ranting and raving against the people who loaned you money.

7) Tax payers (and ironically, the lender you blame) will continue to subsidize your idiocy through their tax dollars.

8) The world keeps turning.

9) You won't be remembered when you're gone and a new loser will be living in your trailer telling the same or similar tales of woe and taking zero responsibility for his irresponsibility, decisions, choices and actions and sadly, he will be neglecting your trees.

This is where you are off. No default yet. It costs $300 to file a response (answer). Do NOT have the money to even file an answer when I would lose anyhow. I def owe them. Why spend $300 if I had it laying around for nothing?

Who is miserable. I seem pretty happy for a huy getting sued. Um Yeah I think CCs and 20+ % are the scum of this country. But yeah technically I agreed to borrow it. You have me tthere.
