if the body contra the lower caloric intake. i think you might be partial right at best. the point to a diet is for the body to convert the fat tissue to carbs/energy. body prefer readily available energy such sugars and carbs but fat is basically energy stored "onboard" but needs to be converted to consumable energy. taking in very little caloric intake during one week could probably take off some pounds. also cleanse your system, but check with a doctor, might be some nutrients you still need. starving yourself is possible, you will be very tired and probably sleep alot. |

calcium is a great dietary supplement, calcium literally expunge fat from the intestine. |

best thread ever for weight loss advice. ok ok Nobody said calories out > calories in, simple Nutrition> Heavy Weights> Cardio (optional) in that order. Every little thing you do makes a diff! I have little $30 exercise bikes plopped in front of my couch and chair. No guilt when i'm sitting anymore. Gym is amazing for inspiration from others. Get over your fear, go! Lift to faliure always, muscles are the best way to increase your bodies calorie burning rate. Get in, warm up sets, work hard get out, 30-40 minutes, compound exercises. Start slow ffs. Pass by the store daily get a couple fresh salads. Eat light all day, have an awesome dinner. You worked out, u deserve it. It takes about 3 weeks to create a new habit, stick with it. If you fall off a meal/day/week. GET THE FUCK BACK ON! It really is pretty easy, just keep trying. One day, you wake up and realize you do more healthy things than not. Cheers |
