Well, i know nothing about the entire issue (seriously), but i noticed a riddle here:

1. I could care less if he was ERIC the GFY mod. If your selling shady/hooky warez.. I will confront you. A good % of fris's package came with split licence... HIs fans tried to cover his ass with a GPL barrage. It has been established that this does not cover his ass at all.
2. It's not a nintendo logo... Its an 8 bit mushroom.
3. INcorrect, and you are twisting my words. Much like DamienJ is doing by editing my quotes to put false words/statements into my mouth.
4. I have dropped it.... You keep making these threads to keep the shit casserole simmering.

And the more you keep this up shoebox... the more attention I get. The more traffic I get... the more sales I get. In the past week you have earnt me a good $3k.. Your talents are wasted. Turn this around and find a way to work with people and not against them.

After any negative posts, follow up with more self promotion.

Confidence is good but you have to be a likable person or when you try to call out unethical people someone who's butt was previously hurt will desperately try to troll you.

me too as ive always said i love her work, i voted no, cause no reason to ban her.

whenever someone asks about some wp designs, i usally send them to her or harvey, or a few other people.

2) as i said before ..take a look at her work --> SHE HAS SKILLS!!

She's very good at stealing mushrooms, it must be said.

Ban or no ban, as soon as a designer is caught stealing from a children's video game, it's time to think about what else is stolen, and if you could get into legal trouble having said stolen content on your site...
