Mansef created the HIV virus when their rag head thieving owner yuuuussseeeeef fucked a monkey, and now Manwin has a cure, but the FSC got that cure and fucked it up and didn't know not to use dirty needles and they spread it around the industry and they have been lying about every test result cover it all up. So the cure turned into a nightmare, and Manwin is trying to clean it all up. Close? |
Thats just awesome

I just wanted to correct some misinformation out there about APHSS (Adult Performer Health and Safety Services). Performers have never had to pay to be part of APHSS and they never will. Also, our request for performer addresses, is for mailing performers their checks. Addresses will be kept separate from APHSS information on a completely different and secure server for accounting purposes only.
The goal of the fund is to alleviate some of the costs of testing to performers-that’s all. Ninety days after the Performer Subsidy Fund program starts, FSC will do a complete analysis of the program’s success—including a survey out to performers to determine their level of satisfaction with the program. Monthly, FSC will produce a report that shows all income that has come into the fund, how many tests were reported to APHSS, the amount of the reimbursement per test and how many performers were reimbursed. One hundred percent of the $50,000/month that Manwin contributes to the fund will go directly to the performers and 100% of any funds other producers contribute will go directly to the performers as well. Manwin has committed to the program through 2012. Haters gonna hate--but no matter what you think about Manwin, me or FSC, a minimum of $250,000 going directly into performers' pockets is a good thing. If you want more info about the Performer Subsidy Fund check out our blog fscblogger.wordpress.com |
Why is the fsc getting involved with this??? You are
Lawyers not health care workers. Why not stick to the court room? Quote:

Ok so is the apiss database not secure? and what about all that we wont know who is whom only if they are available to work stuff...you will have to tie the apiss database to the pay the performers for giving us their info database. This misinformation seems to be coming as a result of the FSC fumbling around and not thinking things through....or withholding information intentionally. Sorry Diane but the FSC isn't exactly a paragon of virtue and honesty. matter of fact Cabal of thieves is much much closer I mean I get why the FSC took the money, they always take the money, what I dont get is what Fabian is getting outta this has he bought defacto control of the FSC by propping up apiss and why is the FSC involved in this at all, the FSC has NO expertise in this area (or any area that I can detect) And I do believe that at one time performers WERE expected to pay to be in APISS not like you haven't lied before Diane....I seem to recall YOU telling the L.A. Times that the FSC took down *************. Do tell Diane. |
ummm Diane?

It would be nice if FSC would spend more time working on something relevant to Freedom of Speech, like oh - I don't know - shutting down file lockers and other copyright infringers - than worrying about what TTS already has covered.
Yes, now the APHSS site says it is free for performers. However, I sat at the meeting where the costs to be enrolled in the database for both performers and producers was discussed, and I had notes, as well as FSC provided handouts detailing both costs to performers and producers, as well as expected monetary gains for FSC with teh new program. As South said, to now say that there was NEVER a cost for performers, is disingenuous. |
FSC and Manwin have been in bed forever. Does anyone remember the tube site piracy meeting they called with all the big studios (i was at ns at the time) and the FSC tried to FORCE FEED all if us to WORK with pornhub and their content/$share delivery system for studios? When at the very same time pornhub was loaded to the brim with content from every single studio owner at that meeting... Diane and the whole FSC team of brilliance were so proud of themselves for making this arrangement for us. If my memory serves me well the FSC was going to take a % of every sale from this deal :1orglaugh. Scott and I walked out in the middle of it because it was such a fkn joke. Oh and pornhub still has everyone's content on their site. What is it now... 3 years later :321GFY

From what I'm hearing, and I am working this story, Manwin essentially OWNS the FSC now, Diane is their puppet.
The whole testing thing is interesting if anyoine from Talent Testing would like to talk to me off the record Im all ears but word I'm getting is that the reason Talent Testing won't officially be a part of APHSS is because Fabian is requiring them to notify him FIRST and EXCLUSIVELY (after the patient) in the event of a positive test. I've said all along this whole APHSS thing just smelled like a ploy to control information. Several people have told me that this is Fabians attempt to circumvent the coming condom law. Id love to hear from anyone who can expand on any of this on or off the record. |
