I'm also going to just state again that most real dyslexics I know do not make errors in spelling something like the word dyslexia and they tend to be more careful with sentence structure than the average person, not less.

What bothered me was that the entire movie was utter shit. Just people talking and talking and talking, as with many Tarantino efforts, interspersed with pointless, unpleasant sadistic violence that the movie could have done without, and which really just made the Nazis look like the good guys.

I don't 'buy into' conspiracy theories, I just find them interesting and don't necessarily buy into official versions. Either way, I don't believe discussing conspiracy theories is as bad as Nazi porn.

Many people don't believe the official version about 9/11, and with good reason, but a better comparison would be if someone said, "hey, any 9/11 porn"? Let's say people on United 93 making the most of their last few minutes alive, by joining the mile high club. I would find that offensive/disturbing, probably even more so than Nazi porn.

As for banal comparisons with Nazis that people make, I don't think I've ever done that seriously, and I find it hard to believe other people are seriously comparing America to Nazi Germany or the President to Hitler. It's just (fairly lazy and unimaginative) shorthand for tyrant or control freak.

And this is not "faux outrage" at all. I wouldn't even call it outrage. I just find it unpleasant when Nazism is being portrayed as 'sexy', and Nazi uniforms or symbols, which are inextricably linked to some of the most horrific atrocities in history, are used in an 'inappropriate' and/or sexualized context.
