By the way they haven't paid me for 2 months. I contacted them to ask why but I'm getting really suspicious about their ability to pay their affiliates.

assuming what you said, contacting them, did you got yet a replay back? And did you filled out the tax documents? It was clearly stated out when you refuse to do so that they can not pay you. They announced it last summer and gave affiliates a large amount of time to get this paperwork send ( by email or fax )
