It doesn't take a Google search to know that looting and other crime obviously occurs in every country. And if you expect Japanese news to be written in English that may explain why you're so clueless about this. You have absolutely no idea of the "degree" of looting that occurs in Japan, or here.

Should have said "different race from me" rather than "different race to me." While "different to me" may be grammatically acceptable to a small minority wherever the fuck you come from, "different from me" is the most common and generally accepted use around the world.
