when you fall down because you are hurt, your body is trying to correct the fall, when you are knocked unconscious, your entire body momentarily shuts down, there is absolutely no resistance, you can't fall any faster than that unless you are propelled.

the girl was hit in the temple, it's the most vulnerable place on the head, takes less than half the pressure to knock someone out with a hit to the temple as it does with a hit to other areas of the face.

200 pounds of pressure is plenty to knock a girl out with a hit to the temple, the average standing punch of an adult male (standing, not running) is over 650 pounds, video looks pretty real to me.
