Any of you guys ever driven a Lambo? the idea that its some mystery as to why she lost control is laughable.. mechanical failure? really?

mineistaken 02-05-2013 11:38 AM

I think you all with female drivers joke get it wrong. You say:
thats what happens when females drive supercars
I would say:
thats what happens when you brutally overspeed (especially if you are unexperienced driver)

sperbonzo 02-05-2013 11:59 AM

Plenty of guys manage to do this as well, and age isn't always a factor either....

WHEN ARE WE GOING TO HAVE HORSEPOWER CONTROL???

Every year, more than 10,000 people in the US die from speed related crashes. There is no reason for any vehicle to have more than 75 horsepower per ton. There is no reason to have cars with 400+ horsepower, or cars that are only good for going fast. These are killers and must be banned and/or controlled. These are not practical for transportation, they serve no purpose other than to drive fast. There needs to be horsepower limits for all road-licensed vehicles and speed limiters placed on all cars that limit top speed to 75mph.

Yes and most women are unexperienced drivers. Theres about 1 woman race car driver for every 500. Even less are involved in "street racing" or tuner cars, let alone a lambo with 500+HP.

I have a better idea. Since the majority of people who own exotics pay many many times over the amount of annual taxes that the average minivan driver pays, it would be appropriate that there would be road system built ONLY for exotic cars. NO speed limits. :thumbsup

You're joking, right? Is this a play on the "guns are only made for one thing" argument?

I would imagine at very high speeds, a quarter turn of the Lambo wheel and you're history.

I remember when I had my Mustang GT years ago, and 200hp seemed like a lot. Now, my SUV has about the same power, and some cars are well over 500. Anyone who thinks he needs so much HP will eventually HAVE to use that power to either impress someone or make his own dick hard, risking the lives of intelligent people going about their business.

There are quite a few youtube videos of a green twin turbo lambo with a very young guy driving it.

If my parents had been killed in a car accident I think I'd be a little more careful with my speed be it me driving or my girlfriend. People are fucking retarded to speed when you can kill.

ExtremeBank_Adam 02-07-2013 10:56 AM

So, "a friend" stopped by the accident scene yesterday (It's just a coincidence that I happen to have the same car). "He" approached in the same direction the GT-R was travelling, got out and looked around, then drove down and made a U-turn and came back the same direction as the Lamborghini...

Speed limit is 40 mph, which is what he did in this video...

For obvious reasons, he's not posting his faster runs, but let's just say he was able to do the same thing at 80, and again at almost 100... with no problem.

She must've been flying...

Of course, that is just my opinion. :winkwink:

Was it reported what the temperature was when the accident happened? I have had my Lambo out in cold weather and at temperatures below 40f the tires get real slippery because of the rubber compound used in making high performance tires. I've never had my Lambo out in temps lower than freezing and I never will.
