The closest I have to knowing anyone in any special forces is through a friend of mine who was in he Marines. He was in the infantry and one of the guys in his squad passed the test to get into Force Recon. After my buddy was out that guy and a few of his other Marine buddies were on a road trip that came through here and stopped to hang with him for a day so I met the guy. He was a very cool guy, but basically said if you are not the kind of person who wants to wake up every morning knowing you are going to likely push yourself to limit that day, special forces is not for you. It clearly takes someone of a very special mindset.
