I am absolutely able to answer your question! But i simply refuse at this point because i think it would be good for you to think about it before getting the answer thrown into your
lap! I really really hope for American society you don't carry a weapon of anykind...

You're full of not having a clue!

"I can answer but maybe I don't feel like it right now!"

Haven't heard that since grade school. No wonder you indentify so strongly with a 12 year old girl.

PS I carry a GUN!!

I bet you're handy to have around in a fight :1orglaugh

When officers confronted the mother for the arrest, they reported that the woman?s daughter attempted to interfere. That?s when they pulled out the stun gun.
For traffic violations. CopS, plural. Against a female adult, who you can see isn't exactly an imposing physical force, and a 12 year old child. Inside a shop, inside a mall. I can see how this is an extremely dangerous situation and circumstances.

A parent slaps their child, and the police WILL arrest them, but the police themselves cannot control a 12 year old child without tasing them? Next time you are confronted by a 12 year old child, or even 4 of them, all at the same time, see how you get on if you strike any of them because they started beating on you with their bare fists.

Jel 09-09-2013 07:36 PM

Another funny thing is this argument that it has to be any more force than holding the child's arms. Like it's either tase, or as escorpio says, putting a knee in the kid's back. Really? They are the only 2 options for 2 fully grown, trained police officers? Just holy fuck...

Tom_PM 09-09-2013 07:37 PM

Just have someone shoot a taser into you and not be able to yank it back out to see what's wrong with them. It should not be the first method chosen to subdue someone. I'm *still* upset about the "don't tase me bro" incident where 700 pounds of fat cops had a thin dickwad restrained from all sides, still threw him down and then tasered him with cameras rolling the whole time! Pure fucking torture. People don't give a shit anymore and that's how it is.

Tase away

I'm not so sure about the officer(S) part.

THIS article says ONE officer and not two, but THREE women...

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/0...n_1729527.html

"During the arrest attempt, Baker, along with another unidentified female, "charged the officer," according to the St. Louis County Crime Report"

And THIS article...

http://newsone.com/2028110/girl-tase...dejamon-baker/

says, "Police say AN officer went inside of the Victoria?s Secret

L-Pink 09-09-2013 07:38 PM

I hear the word "control" a lot. But never what that word entails.

Well that's the thing, I mean when asked what I would do I'd say what is required to restrain the person. I'm certain they have many other methods such as bending the wrist or forcing the head down etc. I'm not saying jump up and down on her back until she dies. I'm saying restrain. It's how it used to be done. Sure some felony stops you want more options, but kids or people shopping are probably OK for old school tactics.

Tom_PM 09-09-2013 07:43 PM

Well good, some more details have come out to help shed some light on things.

Struggle4Bucks 09-09-2013 07:58 PM

I'll make a tutorial youtube video about how to control an adult female... (I'm totally not interested in how to control a 12 year old:winkwink:) In the mean time here's the unexpurgated version: called: 4 steps to a pieceful marriage:

Oh, you like to ignore reality and pretend like race means nothing in the world.

Last time I was in Canada a lady screamed bloody murder that her purse was stolen, I had a bad time until she found it because I was the only black person there.

Keep pretending, but I can't pretend when someone screams and everyone looks at me and won't let me leave until the idiot remembers they left their shit in the car.

Absolutely race plays a part sometimes. But not EVERY time and not by EVERYONE. You're the first person to bring up race in this thread, and by your post, it's pretty clear it's first and foremost on your mind. Contrary to your thinking, that's YOUR loss, not mine.

A buddy of mine told me once that he doesn't trust ANY white man. He figured all white people looked at him differently and talked behind his back the second he was gone. To his credit, he rethought his position when I took GREAT offense to it and said something like, "Okay maybe not ALL white people, but most". I told him I felt bad for him living his life thinking that way of everyone and told him the same thing...it's his loss, not mine. I feel bad for you too. (That's genuine btw, not meant to be belittling)

Be smart enough to read the post just two above yours.
"Mammy" used in reference to a female is nothing but race based.

Mammy is a reference to a black female who is enslaved to provide breast milk to white children. It is disputed if the "mammy" is fictional or real, but it's always racist.

I can see how racism gets annoying. I'm white living in Korea. They are openly racist to me on a daily basis. I'm a grown man though and I laugh it off for the most part. Growing up with it must be much harder.

kronic 09-09-2013 09:29 PM

So you were the SECOND person to bring up race in this thread. Out of ALL the other posts in this thread by numerous other posters, your post implies that EVERYONE is thinking the same thing.

Be smart enough to grasp the rest of my post. You'll probably be a much happier person.

I can't even begin to imagine how difficult it would be. But do you automatically assume that EVERYONE you meet over there is racist towards you?

I suggest that you kiss my fucking ass for ignoring the bullshit that I responded to.

You took the role of the "bandwagon comment basher" without even reading what I responded to.

Lighten up, soul man."Mammy" is nothing more that a colloquialism for mother. If I had said "welfare mammy"...that would have been racist.

No not at all. Most are really friendly.
I can tell the racist ones though...they glare at me like i just raped their daughter. Say shit to me i don't understand all the time. Even glare at my kids.

I dont care if some lady grabs her purse when im walking by..that is just funny. There are people who are not friendly in general, im not talking about them.

I am talking about openly glaring like i just fucked their mother in the ass. Spitting on the sidewalk and even nodding their head at me when im walking by and making some snide comment. My korean is improving so im starting to understand them a bit. Most comments are like this, look at this fucker. or what the fuck is he doing here...etc

Anyway, i dont care too much. Just sometimes it gets the blood pumping and i want to smack the silly off their face..lol
