What are the odds that this sudden resignation/sell announcement could be related to Nathan's tax evasion troubles? (i.e., if the ManLose insiders know that Fabian is going to be sentenced/jailed in the near future, this would be one way to assuage already nervous investors). :uhoh :stoned ADG |
Mike Souths please email me I have breakings news
|
Does this mean I can re-submit my resume to be the CEO? Who should i email? I was going to take over temporarily while Fabian was in jail because im a nice guy like that, but negotiations broke down when i couldn?t get my own private jet. Only made sense since I would be doing a lot of traveling.

That is not to say he could not go to UK, but permissions, agreements etc would be needed from those managing his home arrest and UK passport and border control. Hard to see why UK would want someone facing criminal charges visiting, although if their office was in North Ireland, the company would be paying UK taxes the sort of hypocrisy governments revel in. But it's not, that was the whole point of being in a (non UK) low tax area - the office is in Dublin in the South/Republic of Ireland, where there's good tax breaks, but they're outside the Schengen Area also. |

Fabian Thylmann stated that he is sure his departure/ouster had been rumored at Manwin offices for months. If that is so, then why didn't he speak out earlier to put the rumors to rest, and re-instill confidence in his leadership (if the rumblings were untrue rumors)?
So what is Fabian's explanation for his sudden decision to abruptly sell out and abandon his ownership of Manwin? "Both myself and Manwin are at a stage where I can no longer add significant value to the best of my ability." Sounds legit... :1orglaugh https://i.chzbgr.com/maxW500/830735104/hF387E6DD/ If Manwin was doing as well as Fabian always assured everyone it was, and he truly owned the company, why then would he suddenly sell out to employees that he claims only had a 1-2% ownership (and how could they possibly afford it)? Like everything related to Mansef/Manwin, there is once again a thick shroud of secrecy/deception. :disgust :stoned ADG |

Yo Fabian, Hef and Larry said to enjoy your hard(ly)-earned retirement, and to drop a note and let them know who the new King of Porn is... :upsidedow http://www.bsecure.com.mx/wp-content...an-Youporn.jpg Quote:

Some of the tube thieves that were behind Mansef when Fabian came aboard as the new owner/face, are still with Manwin today, and may even be behind Fabian's sudden departure. Talk about no honor among thieves. Remember, Mansef (the Manwin precursor) had to surrender millions in an FBI money laundering investigation, so there is no reason to expect anything better than Mansef-style business as usual (under a different name of course), if the rumors are true about who the new/old "owners" are. For his part, Fabian at least claimed to be battling piracy with Vobile fingerprinting technology, etc (although he was paying for ads on Pirate Bay, etc., at the same time). At least with Fabian, Manwin had a public face, albeit a reclusive one (at first by choice, later by house arrest). With Fabian's departure, Manwin appears to have retreated right back into the shadows from whence it was birthed. Neither AVN or X-Biz (both who appear to be reporting the same account provided earlier by Mike South) seemed to have any comment from the new King of Porn, er...Managing Partner (or whatever) of Manwin/sef. Mansef holdover Feras Antoon appears to be the one behind the coup...Feras was the one that proclaimed himself supreme commander during Fabian's incarceration in Belgium and Germany. Unsurprising then that Mike South would call him out as the leader of a disloyal faction at Manwin months ago (Nathan maybe should have fired Feras after he got out of the joint, when he still had the chance - maybe he should have trusted or at least paid more attention to Mike South's rumor last August, lol). I don't know Nathan, but in some way, I kind of feel for the guy, because I'm sure when he was sitting up on that stage in Las Vegas looking down upon the rest of the industry, and telling everyone about his dreams for Manwin, I doubt that he ever imagined that it would come to such an abrupt end so soon, and that the thing he will be most remembered for is getting arrested for tax evasion (and battling with Mike and Robbie). :helpme http://ep00.epimg.net/elpais/imagene...cia_normal.jpg Fabian should have plenty of money to reinvent himself. Also, his brother Oliver has made quite a name for himself in mainstream, so it shouldn't be hard for Fabian to say so long to porn (after being deposed as King of Porn), and go make his mark in mainstream, unless he really is a pornographer at heart (or he just doesn't know how to do anything else). Anyway, hopefully the experience will make Fabian a better person. If so, then I wish him well. :) BTW, what a hoot seeing some of those on the Manwin payroll trip over one another to genuflect before their new purse holder, without so much as a small nod or thank you to Fabian (at least Shap had the courtesy to say something nice before namedropping Santana). Have a good weekend everyone! :smilie_we :stoned ADG |

Best use of Shakespeare in a tongue in cheek salute upon the departure of a vanquished (though very rich) rival. I would pay to see Feras Antoon in a cage match with Andrew Conru - those boys make Machiavelli look like My Little Pony |

Im working a story that isnt up yet but there are big moves coming at Manwin, including a likely name change, new HQ and divesting it into even more smaller companies
now if you read my site you would know where the money to buy Fabia out came from...Antoon and Tassilo were looking for it for a while and found it in the name of RedTube...thats why that was a merger and not a purchase. Lots in play here and as always Im on it....Im sure there will be the usual smattering of south is full of shit but hey once again...I was dead on the money with this one even though Fabian insisted I was fabricating it all... I will say this to Fabian...your troubles are FAR from over....bet on it. That 100M up front might buy you out of your tax issues in The Fatherland, but thats just the beginning of the karma train bearing down on your thieving ass.... |

If this is true, let me get this straight...do you halfwits whining understand this man just walked away with 300, that is THREE HUNDRED million dollars?
None of you content whores can stalk facebook for damaged 18 year olds or find enough tranny hookers in a 1000 years to make that kind of cash. For 300 mil, I'd sodomize everyone bitching in this thread with a chainshaw and use their innards to make blood sausage for breakfast. I thought the money I made in the late 90's, early 2000's was impressive. This guy just won and I mean owned all of your asses. This demonstrates why content providers for the most part will always be suitcase pimps...I say good for him. What he did was legal and he'll pay his tax shit. Welcome to business 101; if it's legal and profitable, you do it. |
This makes sense. Majority shareholder owns company worth 600m+, sells to management for 300m. :)
So now when that's not true he either a) publicly made false announcement, and made contract with the management to lead the company while he still owns it b) was never the majority shareholder |
