that said, some drinks are served with an umbrella, some are not. typically, a drink served with an umbrella is a drink that has many ingredients, many of which are not alcohol.

nevertheless, my intitial comment- a mojito, when mixed properly, has a lot of alcohol and 1 of those would give me a buzz. i don't order them routinely, it's typically a drink we have when at the horse races in the summer with out of town guests, like tradition would dictate. it's for fun.

After a long day? Martini (Gin) dry. If I'm making them at home I leave the vermouth at the store.

Alternate: Shot of Milagro or Cazadores.

lately i have been making long islands at home. Requires you to have like 4 liquors and a few diff mixers, but after 2 you are definitely feeling it.

my latest favorite drink is a really spicey one. Take a bottle of vodka and put 3 cut cerrano peppers in the bottle. Leave it for 3 days.

1.5 oz of the spicy vodka
+ passionfruit
+ tripple sec

snake and pour...

thank me later
