Just curious. For any affiliates that do not read GFY, were they notified at all? I had an account at ThatOneProgram (though never promoted it). I never received any email at all notifying me of the site's closure, let alone the basic courtesy of advance notice of the program's closure. Was an email dispatched about this before shutting off the program?

I'm just really curious if the affiliates outside of GFY were even considered, if the only notification was broadcast here.

Many people have a balance that did not hit the minimum payout that THEY set themselves. You think that means the program will keep their money now that it's closed? Um....That's a pretty ignorant thing to say. :2 cents:

The very first post in this thread states that the payouts are being handled by an accountant. There is no need for anybody to "claim" anything. Those who are owed and who did business the correct way will be paid. Those who did sneaky shit will not.

If remaining balances will be paid then its ok. I posted based on the person I quoted and trusted that he knew about the situation. And his post sounded like he is not expecting payment. If he was wrong then I quoted wrong information and that makes me wrong as well. Lets hope we were wrong then.

What I can tell you is that some of the people who have posted in this thread will not be getting paid. Why? Because of TOS issues, fraud, etc... Legit webmasters who's accounts are in good standing have nothing to worry about.

Thanks for following up for me. I sent the requested W-9 to them more than once, and could never get a support or email reply afterwards. I waited several years, I guess I can wait a little longer.

i never got paid either, emails were ignored, i don't think anybody got paid.

I was never paid the small amount due, it was under minimum payout. Most sponsors would actually still pay what the affiliates balance's were.

payments im sure went with the epass ones

6 months later and accountants still haven't paid out people they said would be paid out?

there is another business model that's available to sites to keep them going until the world economy get better. You can sell access to the members area to sites for about $1000 a month, depending on the amount of content.

Anyone still able to contact Tom or Tracy? There is no paperwork problem, it was sent multiple times a long time ago. How hard is it just to pay what you owe? This is getting ridiculous.
