uhu, I received today the payment from June. (via EU Wire Transfer)
But for some reason they deducted 0.26 cent from the full payout amount?!?!
Hopefully the rest payouts coming soon. :/

Unfortunately, since months it is also not possible to download the pdf invoices...

Davids excuses about the missing invoices are always the same "next week, shortly, forwarded the request, no response from accounting, ..."

I wonder what's going on with zombaio...

I'm done with this shit of waiting daily for my own fucking money to come in. Every day the same fucking bullshit from their online chat. "Wait another day... wait 1 to 3 days... " they stretch you out to Thursday and then say, "one more day" and then they close Friday so you are fucked again till next week. The same thing over and over again. I can't take it anymore.

I'm going to file a legal complaint with their acquiring bank. I don't think the bank knows what is going on. There has to be some type of law that controls credit card processing. This isn't the wild west. They can't misappropriate funds made from Visa processing and not be accountable. This is insane. Zombaio is still processing and still bringing in money. It's time to get the bank involved. Those sick fucks at Zombaio are all useless mother fuckers hiding over seas and getting away with it because they think they are out of reach. The banks are not out of reach and take credit card processing theft very seriously. Zombaio seems to be operating without any restrictions or rules. All the theories here about them 'catching up' are all bullshit. These mother fuckers are stealing money and laughing at all of us. All they do is pay a few accounts here, and there, and piss on everybody else. They keep the chat lines open for the appearance that they are still in business to keep people from pulling out while they spend income revenue at will. I bet those fucks that work the chat lines are getting paid every week... WITH MY FUCKING SALES. Smug stealing mother fuckers. This little band of Swedish thieves don't give a fuck about business or people in the States. And why should they? We are morons overseas sending them money daily, and they just sit there dipping into our cash at random, not paying accounts, then paying some accounts at random, keeping everybody guessing and making up theories along the way, while they sit back and laugh their fucking heads off.

I know we have never seen eye to eye VB, but let me give you a piece of advise here.

1. If you threaten to do something, talk about it in your head, with a lawyer, a friend and not on a public forum.
2. If you somehow manage to actually take some sort of legal action, maybe consider that all the shit you posted about the company could be dug out and used against you. In other words, unless you are 100% certain that they cannot connect the dots between you and the posts here - you have already lost (at best).
3. I am pretty sure that last part (the refund thing) is considered fraud. But maybe you and your lawyer can find some loophole to get away with it.

Having said all that, I hope you and everyone else gets their money. Had it been my processor acting like this, I'd have changed them A LONG time ago. Contacted each member that was re-billing with them, tell them that their current subscription will run out because of xyz and offering them a discounted membership if they sign-up with the new processor.

Cut my losses. Move on. If it was in the $xxx,xxx yearly range, sue their ass.

btw Michael today that was Max with the otp problem but either way I already told you we arent mad at you, it just seems they don't give you the tools to get shit done.

Hopefully by Monday they get the transfer straightened out. I don't want to wait 2 weeks for the money to hit the card again.

I mean I know its still too long no matter how many you're missing but if you're 1 or 2 payments behind they could literally pay you Monday and you'd be caught up too. I was missing a couple dozen a few months ago.

If they pay my I think 3 late payments I have left, the couple you are behind.. wouldn't that make most people here, mostly caught up?

(now if you guys are missing 20 payments or something and its 2 months behind, I don't know what to tell you but if its one or to payouts.. that could come next week and you'd be caught up like it seems like an increasing number of people are)

They mysteriously put a payment in my Redpass account last night so it was here on Saturday morning. They never did that before.

But of course when I tried to move it over to my Redpass card so I could actually use the money in any way at all...it didn't load.

Last time it didn't load took weeks for it finally be on my card so I could use it. :(

No They have stolen all my reserves . I have support tickets in over 6 weeks old and still nothing but lies . But either way I didn't ask how many support tickets you have open, I have dozens of support tickets open, from months ago, a ton of them not responded to. Zombaio switched to the "get paid every 2 weeks" model in June. Haven't received a single "2 week" payment, making all of my payouts over 2 months behind.

RedPass was a failed product of Cawen Financial Group AB. The same company that held Zombaio merchant's funds.

And Pizza24 Nordic AB is a sister-company of Cawen Financial Group AB - both connected by the parent holding company Cavebring Holding AB.

I agree about not giving two bloody hoots to who owns what.
All I know is that I have not received my money and meanwhile there is nobody who wants to listen to me when I tell them that I am a little behind on their payment.
We are not their bankers. They need to catch up with pending payments.
Till they do, I wont let a single cent go their way.
This is also time to start to refund all transactions, I would let users get a free ride then theives.
