Of course tubes have illegal content, if they moderated anything, their safe-harbor of "user-uploaded" would be right out the window... some day, it WILL bite them in the ass but acting like this, is not really going to bring attention to the issue, only bring attention to hostility

they build tag pages based off sitenames (even the watermark urls from webmaster submitted content) that compete with terms they are trying to nail. We caught two big tubes doing this.. not even a sorry or nothing.

We also caught one of those tubes changing the ad on our video to another program/site. They then locked it so we could not change it back. At least they said "sorry, fixed now"
