I think I have aged myself pretty good this time, I've never heard of some of these, sludge, post rock and others - but I am going to look into them and see what's up - so thanks for sharing - I am always in the mood to check out new music and styles -

When I was growing up we had a very limited line of what was what and it was pretty clear cut - R&B - Easy Listening - Pop - Rock - and now there are so many spider veins branching out from all of these - it's interesting for sure.

The question was genre, though, and if I were stranded on a desert island it would have to be 80's pop/new wave. The entire Dave Stewart production catalog would hold me til the ship came or Wilson deflated.
