Good god I saw this coming after the first 6 months with them. I thought I was being to scared but I jumped ship and stayed with ccbill and epoch. I now thank god Ibill and epass taught me a lesson on using my gut instincts. Good luck to all who is owed money. My thoughts will be with you all.

TBH, when they first came up and I looked at them as a possible options I passed on them as the numbers all seemed to be too good to be true. It all just didn't seem long term possible. I'm shocked they were/are still in biz, figured the bottom would have dropped out a few years back.

That is a way of saying... I am done and so are you. Do not contact me, the owner, because I don't own it anymore. This is called.... drum roll.... drum roll.... "Passing the buck to a fictitious person(s) to alleviate the stress when all hell breaks loose and not a single dime is sent anymore" People, do you need the second floor of your apartment to drop on your head to knock some sense into you? |

I'm unaware of anybody in this thread still sending joins to Zombaio. But we ALL want the money that belongs to us. |
Why Zombaio has this problems... They spent more than we gave them?

The letter from them where they say they are going to start taking an extra 5% for not putting them on primary pretty much tells you what you need to know. It also reminds us that these companies are largely unregulated and can pretty much do whatever they want. |

why we cannot find a good processing service, cheap, without high costs, available to all countries, that do not have problems like this ?

8 month old rebills are stale and smelly... that was the time that *real* issues came to light. It is all your own fault for staying with them... blame nobody but yourself(s)... |

Zombaio has always been a joke.
If new owners have a proper bankroll and business ethics, this is ultimately better than the alternative of having one less viable IPSP choice. Brad |

If they were an IPSP or PSP, the sub-merchants could probably run to visa or mc and spit up a shit storm that they accredited this company but you won't find this company anywhere, for good reasons. The best thing for this business would be for them to go out of a business so the memory sticks for people on the importance of using a proper billing company, and not to be easily duped by low rates or creative structures. The longer they continue the longer they are stringing people along. My opinion: the new ownership move sounds like a ploy to steal everyone's money and push the liability on to whatever new unknown entity owns it. The time for doing right has left long ago. There's a higher probability of more wrong than more right happening down the line especially if you look at the past behavior. No way you can be an optimist in this situation it deserves the highest skepticism. |
I with Biggy on this being a ploy,
Settlements should never be an issue or delayed without cause. There is no excuse for it, it's not like the bank is sitting on the cash fwd settlements weeks/months late. That's just not how it works. Banks settle like clockwork... The delay of payments can be no place other than at Zombaio's direct level/involvement. There should be no shortage of funds unless there is a misdirection/misuse of said funds. It's not like the bank didn't send the funds you all were owed to Zombaio.... Where did the funds go to cause what can only be viewed at this point as a Ponzi Scheme. |

Anyone have a date when payouts became a month late? That date is when everyone should have pulled the plug.
|
I really hope it is getting sold and the new owners will pay on time.... Zombaio is the only merchant I can use since I live in Australia. Verotel want me to give them ID that has been notarized. I cannot do this unless I drive 4 hrs to the place that will do it for me.... Guess I'm one of the very few who want zombaio to survive.

From previous comments it's clear to me now that alot of people in this thread are up their own ass, not worth posting anymore lol, have fun tossers. |

The guy's previous post was saying he was stuck with Zombaio because it was too much trouble to drive 4 hours to notarize his passport for Verotel. Not exactly the kind of opening post a Zombaio shrill would make is it? Try reading posts before making smart ass comments, or better still, stay in threads where you have a fucking clue about the subject matter..... if any such threads exist. |
