I finally had enough... Cancelled all of my rebills and hoping when a membership expires, they renew with my other processor.

I don't plan on seeing any of the money they owe me. If I do, bonus.

Will also be looking into legal options.

If there is anyone considering using them, just dont! Save yourself the trouble.

Is there anyone here who has actually put these clowns on top of cascade for processing?

Here's something that may have gone unnoticed: affiliates not getting paid.

I have some rebills as an affiliate from a couple of sites I promoted who used to use Zombaio as a biller.

The Zombaio "request payout" always pulled that "funds not yet disposable" bullshit. But it only lasted a short time.
I've had money sitting there in "not yet disposable" for about a month now. :(
It was bad enough that you had to log in and ASK for you money to begin with (they didn't just send it, you had to "request payout). But now, even that isn't happening.

It's only a little over a hundred bucks...but it's my money. I hope that all the people who made sales as affiliates with sites using Zombaio aren't gonna end up screwed.

Yes there was someone asking about this in another thread also . There is also someone on gofundme asking for donations to help her get to another processor because Zombaio never paid her and then at the bottom a guy says he also did not get paid .I also see a gal named Yuffie on twitter claiming not to be paid and for some reason BBB has a alert posted for Zombaio .Seems like the word is getting out there now and a lot of people are talking .I hope you get your money .

Friday if we don't hear from Zombaio, we will cancel the recurring subscriptions with them.
Being new in the business, we did not know better and we did put them on primary, until we started asking them: Show me the money, and halas, no answer.

Actually new Canadian Webmasters need to be very wary. The reason is that to have Epoch and Netbilling you need to have a US based company. Verotel doesn't support the one-click transactions, so the choices are either CCBill at the highest rates or your friendly processor Zombaio...

I'm still interested in having your site in SpookyCash. I think you'd be a good fit for our traffic and we'd cover processing fees and hosting etc., depending on what you need.

It has been just over a year since i stopped all new sales with Zombaio and swapped over to ccbill, ccbill has been on the dot every week since i started with them. Zombaio is months behind on rebills, I also finally canceled all rebill, no point in having members access content and i never get paid for.

It is said nothing in life is free, and their hook of no CC fees ends up with a high price tag of not getting paid.

If I see the money great, if not, it was an expensive lesson i learnt.

Another graduate of Zombaio University , it was an expensive lesson for me too.

I've been talking to other webmasters in my niche and the smaller ones are getting paid. Larger ones like me: Haven't seen a dime. This makes absolutely no sense as larger merchants like us are Zombaio's bread and butter. We generate more in Zombaio fees than these smaller merchants generate in gross revenue.

This makes me feel Zombaio is using our money to pay out smaller webmasters. If we don't see our money within 45 days we're seeking legal counsel and going after their acquiring bank, and any layered corporate structure Zombaio schemed up.

Still not a dime since October. Pretty much written it off now. There's a special place in hell for dead-beats and thieves. It's waiting for them.

Oh we've moved on my friend. We removed them from our billing cascades like 10 months ago; and cancelled all remaining rebills they had of ours back in September or Oct----after they sent out the email saying they would increase the fee % on merchants who were no longer sending new joins. That was the last straw.

They still owe us a nice chunk of money, so just because we've moved on, doesn't mean we won't shit on them at every chance possible here. It only takes a second to reply on one of these threads when someone bumps it back alive. Others spend far more time & energy on far less worthy topics here on GFY.

I had signed up with them, prior to going thru most of these threads, and NO I AM NOT using them at all.. But they keep trying to persuade me too. I went ahead and setup CCBill as my secondary and they have been very helpful and responsive at all times.

I dont like to talk shit about things or people that have done nothing to me personally, but I guess I will head the warnings from GFY, and just say thanks for all the folks here for possibly saving my ass a ton of money!

Wise move. Interesting they have plenty of time to "keep trying to persuade" new clients to use them, but have absolutely zero time to respond to current/past clients they owe money to. That says all you need to know about them.

If we can dissuade just one innocent client from using them, it makes our heart smile just a little bit inside and makes not having our money from them just a little bit less infuriating. I said just a little bit. Don't get me wrong, we're still highly pissed off.

You hear that Zombaio? Keep ignoring us and others you owe money to. It's only going to work against you in the long run because we will never stop shouting far and wide from the roof-tops, on every forum, in every discussion and at every industry show we attend about how dishonest and criminal your organization is.....until we are paid every last cent you owe us.

This is what forums like this are for, to share the good and bad news
