Still not a dime since October. Pretty much written it off now. There's a special place in hell for dead-beats and thieves. It's waiting for them.

Oh we've moved on my friend. We removed them from our billing cascades like 10 months ago; and cancelled all remaining rebills they had of ours back in September or Oct----after they sent out the email saying they would increase the fee % on merchants who were no longer sending new joins. That was the last straw.

They still owe us a nice chunk of money, so just because we've moved on, doesn't mean we won't shit on them at every chance possible here. It only takes a second to reply on one of these threads when someone bumps it back alive. Others spend far more time & energy on far less worthy topics here on GFY.

I had signed up with them, prior to going thru most of these threads, and NO I AM NOT using them at all.. But they keep trying to persuade me too. I went ahead and setup CCBill as my secondary and they have been very helpful and responsive at all times.

I dont like to talk shit about things or people that have done nothing to me personally, but I guess I will head the warnings from GFY, and just say thanks for all the folks here for possibly saving my ass a ton of money!

Wise move. Interesting they have plenty of time to "keep trying to persuade" new clients to use them, but have absolutely zero time to respond to current/past clients they owe money to. That says all you need to know about them.

If we can dissuade just one innocent client from using them, it makes our heart smile just a little bit inside and makes not having our money from them just a little bit less infuriating. I said just a little bit. Don't get me wrong, we're still highly pissed off.

You hear that Zombaio? Keep ignoring us and others you owe money to. It's only going to work against you in the long run because we will never stop shouting far and wide from the roof-tops, on every forum, in every discussion and at every industry show we attend about how dishonest and criminal your organization is.....until we are paid every last cent you owe us.

Hadn't been here in eons, came here, saw this thread for the first time and not surprised at all. Who the fuck trusts their billing/money to a company named Zombaio? Was one of the worst names I'd ever seen and was shocked they had any traction at all. Oh well, another one bites the dust.

It's getting extremely hard for even me to maintain faith in them.. They've always paid and that's huge in my book but having to wait weeks for it is getting ridiculous.

Same shady company, same excuses, same late payouts, same thieves and they got most of you to sign their new terms which I am sure insulated them from future liability claims.
At some point you would expect webmasters to wise up and realize they aren't saving anything by not paying $1000 and switching to a different processor.:pimp
