Interestingly, a lack of empathy is the hallmark trait of a psychopath (note: only a tiny % of psychopaths are violent).

He's also a bit of a megalomaniac.

Religion is fun.... You might "love God" because you believe. Or you might "love God" because your brain is severely miss-wired. But when anything we do moves beyond moderation, there are usually dark motives driving that behavior.

I knew the guy personally when he was a failed shooter... total lack of empathy and dangerous in his megalomania in that he would like to see others hurt themselves at his prompting... plus he has only average, if even that intelligence. and I'm thinking less...
