I would bet there are more "healthy" eaters in the US, that in most other countries. At least those who take it to the extreme.

I say this because I manage a blog for someone who creates Paleo recipes and she gets over 50,000 visitors daily...96% from the US.

As a European, my exposure to McDonalds was perhaps limited but even if there are some local regulations here, it's still garbage. However, when in the US, I got to experience Fuddruckers, and that to my surprise, tasted a whole lot different... It tasted like the real deal... why Hamburgers became such a down-to-earth standard in the first place... Any thoughts of you guys, was this just a momentary lapse of my culinary instincts or is there a real difference?
