I am of the opinion that if you have to be naturalized then you are not natural born.
a natural born citizen and not a naturalized citizen, would have been much clearer wording (contract law 101-- make sure it's always clear to the court) ... |
What the fuck is going on with all the fucking meltdowns in here lately?
FUCK! |

Now if he was not what he is they might have spent time looking into his place of birth. Let us not forget Mitt Romney's father was born in Mexico which kept him, George Romney, out of the white house. It was not on a military base either. Quote:

the funny part of this (and the truly sad part) is you couldn't point to the group of noble gases on the periodic chart even if your afternoon sippy cup depended on it. |
The legal requirements for qualification to run for President and Senator are very different. I suppose that's irrelevant to anyone who doesn't have a brain and is making tons of associations and wrong assumptions as the basis for an argument to begin with.
Having a President that may not be a natural born citizen and therefore lied, falsified documents, covered it up (allegedly) etc has nothing to do with a Senator born on a military base, out of the country, still fully 100% illegible to run for Senator. No wonder this industry is full of people whining that its over. Some of you tards are lucky to even happen to manage to feed yourself or tie your own shoes in the morning... much less run a simple business that requires little more than basic html and only a 1/2 assed attempt at actually working. "Article I, Section 3 of the Constitution sets three qualifications for senators: 1) they must be at least 30 years old, 2) they must have been citizens of the United States for at least the past 9 years, and 3) they must be inhabitants of the states they seek to represent at the time of their election."Idiots... |

Hmm let's see... Argon, Neon, helium, Xenon, are just a few. Clearly you've ingested too much Radon because no one could become such an asshole without living in a radon-filled shithole. Oh, krypton is one too, and not just the planet that Superman came from. Again, you act like a know-it all, when you know sweet fuck all. You trash everyone from your mommies basement because you hate your life. Just go lay down little man, before your brain explodes from trying too hard to matter. |

and you say this while you continue to show your inability to read, I mentioned earlier (and elsewhere) I speak on topics that interest me and therefor I've enjoyed learning about. I don't with topics I don't know or am not interested in, you won't see me going on about micheal bay movies, for instance. I leave that to the age group those movies are targeted to, 12 year olds. |

the thing that flies right over **********'s head and the other completely stupid dimwits is that my being in a convo with them is what makes me appear smart. I've never claimed to be smart, yet, posting/debating with the dimwitted makes me appear smart to them.
IN fact, as they point out, my chatting about simple concepts and other topics where facts are not only self-evident, it's assumed the people with common sense are familiar with them, makes me appear like a know-it-all to the **********s of the dolt world. it's kind of embarrassing actually, I have to admit, I've only recently come to grips with how truly stupid ********** is. I had thought it was an act, like rochard. |
he isnt president and never will be so who cares

Do you even read your own posts? In your second post in this thread, you called Slapass "Fucking Stupid". How would you know, unless you thought you were smarter than he was? (Fact: You're not). In your next post to him, you told him again that he was "fucking stupid". Exactly who are you comparing him to? Clearly you are comparing him to yourself. If he is "fucking stupid" compared to you, then you by definition are "fucking smart", in your own mind. Later on in Post #11, you called DirectFiesta "Fucking Stupid". Then in post # 12, you say "you fucking stupid fucks might ought to learn what "natural born citizen" means prior to spewing your stupid fucking bullshit.". Who are you talking to here? Everyone? In post #18 you called DirectFiesta and Pornguy "Two dimwit Dumbfucks" and called their lives "Dreary', then ended it with "gofuckyourselves." Etc... Smarten up man. You are just making yourself look stupid. If you want to participate in a thread and offer your opinions by all means do so. But stop calling people stupid then deny you even did it. You're not a 10 year old anymore. |
2 pages of bickering says a few people care. What is funny is some in this thread do not even live in the US.

BTW, the answer is here: Birthright citizenship in the United States - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia McCain is clearly American by birth right. American citizenship does not necessarily require being born in America. Canadian-American Republican Senator Ted Cruz from Texas (and possible presidential candidate) knows this well. He was born in Alberta, Canada to American parents yet he is also American by birth. |
By the same reasoning Obama being born to an American Parent had no reason to have his eligibility/status questioned.

okey dokey, Ima wrap up this session of troll the dipshit wannabe trolls.
now is a good time to add that I recently asked ********** if he was interested in both of us calling it quits on trolling, his reply was along the lines of "fuck off, go back to having anal sex with your mother." as you can see in this thread, he should have taken me up on my offer, but he's a mental midget and couldn't figure that out. |

Let me see if I follow you correctly here. McCain, who was born in Panama, is considered a natural-born citizen because one of his parents was a US citizen. Even if Obama wasn't born in the US, he too would be considered a.... natural-born citizen - Just like McCain. If Obama wasn't eligible.... Nor would McCain be eligible. How about that. |
