Do you even read your own posts? In your second post in this thread, you called Slapass "Fucking Stupid". How would you know, unless you thought you were smarter than he was? (Fact: You're not). In your next post to him, you told him again that he was "fucking stupid". Exactly who are you comparing him to? Clearly you are comparing him to yourself. If he is "fucking stupid" compared to you, then you by definition are "fucking smart", in your own mind. Later on in Post #11, you called DirectFiesta "Fucking Stupid". Then in post # 12, you say "you fucking stupid fucks might ought to learn what "natural born citizen" means prior to spewing your stupid fucking bullshit.". Who are you talking to here? Everyone? In post #18 you called DirectFiesta and Pornguy "Two dimwit Dumbfucks" and called their lives "Dreary', then ended it with "gofuckyourselves." Etc... Smarten up man. You are just making yourself look stupid. If you want to participate in a thread and offer your opinions by all means do so. But stop calling people stupid then deny you even did it. You're not a 10 year old anymore. |
2 pages of bickering says a few people care. What is funny is some in this thread do not even live in the US.

BTW, the answer is here: Birthright citizenship in the United States - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia McCain is clearly American by birth right. American citizenship does not necessarily require being born in America. Canadian-American Republican Senator Ted Cruz from Texas (and possible presidential candidate) knows this well. He was born in Alberta, Canada to American parents yet he is also American by birth. |
By the same reasoning Obama being born to an American Parent had no reason to have his eligibility/status questioned.

okey dokey, Ima wrap up this session of troll the dipshit wannabe trolls.
now is a good time to add that I recently asked ********** if he was interested in both of us calling it quits on trolling, his reply was along the lines of "fuck off, go back to having anal sex with your mother." as you can see in this thread, he should have taken me up on my offer, but he's a mental midget and couldn't figure that out. |

Let me see if I follow you correctly here. McCain, who was born in Panama, is considered a natural-born citizen because one of his parents was a US citizen. Even if Obama wasn't born in the US, he too would be considered a.... natural-born citizen - Just like McCain. If Obama wasn't eligible.... Nor would McCain be eligible. How about that. |

I just did some research: turns out that American military bases are NOT considered "U.S. Soil," unlike embassies and consulates (which are). Learn something new every day! I retract my previous erroneous statement about the base he was born on. Turns out he was NOT born in the U.S. after all.

You clearly have disdain for anyone with a conflicting opinion to that of your own. Just letting you know everytime I see your posts you sound ignorant, angry, and utterly without humility. You also spend a lot of time on this board. But go drink some more beers and party at the clubz you clever clever rock star you ;) |

"No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States. " " Congress says, under Title 8 of the US Code, Section 1401 defines natural born citizens as: "Anyone born inside the United States. The person must be “subject to the jurisdiction” of the United States. (This would exempt the child of a diplomat, for example, from this provision.) Any Indian or Eskimo born in the United States, provided being a citizen of the U.S. does not impair the person’s status as a citizen of the tribe Any one born outside the United States, both of whose parents are citizens of the U.S., as long as one parent has lived in the U.S. Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year and the other parent is a U.S. national" Is it just my baad Engliskhko, or is it you guys, or what is the problem in here? |
EDIT: Based on Wikipedia that quoted law about citizenship came as a law a year after McCain's birth, and he was made as a citizen ex post facto. So the argue has not been about the law per se, just that he did birth before that law. But as he got citizenship ex post facto, there is no fucking problem.

Does it even matter that much in the end?

however Puerto Ricans are U.S. citizens, and they can participate in the major political parties' nominating processes. They cannot, however, vote in presidential elections. Can a Puerto Rican be president? Justice Breyer speculates - CBS News so i am guessing that a Puerto Rican would have to be established in one of the 50 states to be able to do so because the island would not be able to vote for him |
