if running 2 skype's is hard for you then you have problems.

i run 3 all the time and took me 5 min's to figure out how to do it :2 cents::2 cents::2 cents:

you dont need to install skype into 2 dir's to run multiple accounts.

I've had ICQ since 2002, I haven't opened it in at least 3 months, they've done their time. Everyone uses Skype now, or at least them that want to be found.

What if you had to "hack" this way if you wanted to set up 2 email accounts at mozilla thunderbird for example?

No, instead you just use drop down menus and set it up like a consumer, not a hacker running all those DOS style command line things.

Why do you need two different IDs? Just use one very generic ID for both and separate your users via the contact lists.

For starters - I do not want my business clients or friends or family googling my ID and seeing I do porn stuff.
Secondly - why would I want to use generic if I have some brand presence.
And so on and so on.
If you do not need 2 different ID's does not mean no one does.
